• your phone provider
• whether you use a landline or a mobile.

You may get free calls to some numbers as part of your call package. Check with your phone provider.

Charges for calls made outside of the UK will be determined by your local provider.

Calls are free from landlines and mobiles

0845 and 0870

Calls from landlines cost 3p per minute plus your phone company's access charge

0844 and 0843

Calls from landlines cost 7p per minute plus your phone company's access charge

01 and 03 numbers

Calls from landlines are charged approximately up to 9p per minute

Calls from mobiles cost approximately between 8p and 40p per minute. Check with your phone provider for more information.
