As part of our move from Platform to The Co-operative Bank for Intermediaries, we’ve created a new online application system called Broker Portal. This’ll be replacing our old tool, Click.

If you want to submit a new mortgage application, you’ll need to register as a broker with The Co-operative Bank for Intermediaries.

Once you’ve done this, you’ll be able to log in to our new Broker Application Portal and submit your application.

Important information

If you’re already registered on Platform, you’ll still need to re-register on our new Co-operative Bank for Intermediaries application system to submit any new applications.
