Friday 18 October - Product change

On 18 October 2024 we will re-launch our Mainstream and Buy to Let mortgage ranges for both New Business and Retention.

Product Changes

New product codes issued for all products and end dates extended to the end of February. Products and rates may change or be withdrawn at short notice subject to demand.

New Green Purchase Products

We are introducing a new Green purchase only product, these will have their own distinct product codes, which will include ‘AB’ (Example 2X3691ABT09).

These products will be available to properties that have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of A or B at 80% - 95% LTV.

  • You will be expected to retain evidence of the property EPC as we may request these at any point.
  • For the purchase of new build properties an EPC may not be available, we will accept a Predicted Energy Assessment (PEA) or Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) rating available from the housing developer / vendor.

New Business

Residential

  • 2 year fixed 90% LTV products decreased by up to 0.11%
  • Selected 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.34%

Professional Mortgage

  • Selected 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.21%

Buy to Let

  • 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.15%

Help to Buy

Welsh scheme only:

  • 2 year fixed 60% LTV no fee product decreased by up to 0.07%
  • Selected 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.32%

Retention

Residential

  • Selected 2, 3 & 5 year fixed 80% - 90% LTV products decreased by up to 0.47%
  • Selected 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.36%

Buy to Let

  • 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.15%

Help to Buy

  • 2 year fixed 60% LTV no fee product decreased by up to 0.07%
  • Selected 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.32%
