On 16 May 2025 we will re-launch our Mainstream and Buy to Let mortgage ranges for both New Business and Retention.

Product Changes

New product codes issued for all products and end dates extended to the end of October. Products and rates may change or be withdrawn at short notice subject to demand.

New Business

Residential

• Purchase 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products decreased by up to 0.27%
• Remortgage 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products decreased by up to 0.32%
• Lifetime tracker products at 60% - 75% LTV decreased by up to 0.30%

Professional Mortgage

• 2 & 5 year fixed products decreased by up to 0.18%

Buy to Let

• 5 year fixed products decreased by up to 0.08%

Help to Buy

Welsh scheme only: Extended until September 2026

• 2 & 5 year fixed products decreased by up to 0.25%

Retention

Residential

• 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products decreased by up to 0.32%
• Introduction of Lifetime tracker products at 80% - 90% LTV

Buy to Let

• 5 year fixed products decreased by up to 0.08%

Help to Buy

• 2 & 5 year fixed products decreased by up to 0.25%
