On 28 February 2025 we will re-launch our Mainstream and Buy to Let mortgage ranges for both New Business and Retention.

Product Changes

New product codes issued for all products and end dates remain to the end of July. Products and rates may change or be withdrawn at short notice subject to demand.

New Business

Residential

• Selected Remortgage 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.25%
• Selected Purchase 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.36%

Professional Mortgage

• Selected 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.25%

Buy to Let

• Selected 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.19%

Help to Buy

Welsh scheme only:

• Selected 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.23%

Retention

Residential

• Selected 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.25%

Buy to Let

• 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.19%
