Product change 4 June

On 4 June 2025 we will re-launch our Mainstream and Buy to Let mortgage ranges for both New Business and Retention. The corresponding products will be withdrawn at 5pm on 3 June 2025.

Product Changes

New product codes issued for all products and end dates remain to the end of October. Products and rates may change or be withdrawn at short notice subject to demand.

Residential

• Purchase 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.27%
• Remortgage 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.27%

Professional Mortgage

• 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.23%

Buy to Let

• 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.16%

Help to Buy

Welsh scheme only: Extended until September 2026

• 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.17%

Retention

Residential

• Selected 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.27%
• Selected 2 year fixed products decreased by up to 0.08%

Buy to Let

• 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.16%

Help to Buy

• 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.27%
