The Co-operative Bank is now part of the Coventry Building Society family

B Corp building society meets the original ethical bank

We’re excited about what this means for our future. Coming together with Coventry Building Society, we’ll use our combined experience of almost 300 years to do more of the things that matter to you. We’ll be ambitious, innovative and forward-thinking, while continuing to be the reliable businesses that you trust.

Intermediaries are an integral part of both our mortgage businesses and we’re looking forward to a bright future together. We’ve already got lots of exciting developments planned for the next year, and now, we’ve unlocked the potential to enhance this further for you and your clients, with great service continuing to be a priority.

But for now, it’s business as usual

We’re still going to operate as The Co-operative Bank for intermediaries and Coventry for intermediaries for the time being. This means there will be no impact on the way you use our services right now, so please continue to direct all enquiries relating to criteria, case submission and updates, registrations and procuration fee payments to your current contacts at The Co-operative Bank for intermediaries and Coventry for intermediaries (including Godiva Mortgages).
