Product change 10 March

On 10 March 2026 we will re-launch our Mainstream mortgage range for New Business and our Mainstream and Buy To Let mortgage range for Retention. The corresponding products will be withdrawn at 5pm on 9 March 2026.

Product Changes

New product codes issued for selected products and end dates remain to the end of August. Products and rates may change or be withdrawn at short notice subject to demand.

• All Purchase 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.20%
• All Remortgage 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.20%

Professional Mortgage

• All 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.20%

Help to Buy

Welsh scheme only: Extended until September 2026

• All 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.20%

Retention

Residential

• All 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.20%

Buy to Let

• All 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.20%
