On 11 August 2026 we will re-launch our mortgage range for New Business and Existing Customers. The corresponding products will be withdrawn at 5pm on 10 August 2026.

New product codes issued for selected products and end dates remain to the end of December. Products and rates may change or be withdrawn at short notice subject to demand.

• Selected 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products at 80%, 85% and 90% LTV decreased by up to 0.13%
• 2 & 5 year £749 fee fixed products at 60%, 70%, 75% and 80% LTV increased by up to 0.09%
• 2 year no fee fixed products at 80% LTV increased by up to 0.06%

Buy to Let

• 2 & 5 year £1499 fee fixed products at 60% and 65% LTV increased by up to 0.06%

Help to Buy

• Selected 2 & 5 year fixed products at 60% and 75% LTV increased by up to 0.25%
