On 18 September 2026 at 5pm we will re-launch our mortgage range for New Business and Retention. The corresponding products will be withdrawn at 5pm on 18 September 2026.

New product codes issued for selected products and end dates remain to the end of February. Products and rates may change or be withdrawn at short notice subject to demand.

• Purchase 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.25%
• Remortgage 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.25%

Professional Mortgage

• 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.20%

Help to Buy

Welsh scheme only: Extended until September 2026

• 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.25%

Retention

Residential

• 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.25%
• 3 year fixed £749 fee LTV 90% withdrawn

Buy to Let

• 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.25%
• 2 year fixed no fee products at 60% & 65% LTV withdrawn

Help to Buy

• 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.25%
