Product change 2 June

On 2 June 2026 we will re-launch our mortgage range for New Business and Retention. The corresponding products will be withdrawn at 5pm on 1 June 2026.

As part of these changes, we will no longer offer Homebuyers Reports or Building Surveys as part of the application process. If your client requires these services, they will need to arrange it separately.

Product Changes

New product codes issued for selected products and end dates extended to the end of December. Products and rates may change or be withdrawn at short notice subject to demand.

Residential

• Selected Purchase 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products decreased by up to 0.25%
• Selected Remortgage 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products decreased by up to 0.21%

Professional Mortgage

• Selected 2 & 5 year fixed products decreased by up to 0.20%

Help to Buy

Welsh scheme only: Extended until September 2026

• Selected 2 & 5 year fixed products decreased by up to 0.27%

Retention

Residential

• Selected 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products decreased by up to 0.21%

Buy to Let

• Selected 2 & 5 year fixed products decreased by up to 0.22%
