Product change 24 March

On 24 March 2026 we will re-launch our Mainstream and Buy To Let mortgage range for Retention products. The corresponding products will be withdrawn at 5pm on 23 March 2026.

Product Changes

New product codes issued for selected products and end dates remain to the end of August. Products and rates may change or be withdrawn at short notice subject to demand.

• Selected 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.70%

Buy to Let

• Temporary withdrawal of 2 year fixed products
• Selected 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.40%

Help to Buy

• Selected 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.70%
