At 5pm on 27 March 2026 we will re-launch our mortgage ranges for New Business and Retention. The corresponding products will be withdrawn at 5pm on 27 March 2026.

New product codes issued for selected products and end dates extended to the end of October. Products and rates may change or be withdrawn at short notice subject to demand.

• Reintroduction of all Professional mortgage products

Help to Buy

Welsh scheme only: Extended until September 2026

• Reintroduction of all Help to Buy mortgage products

Retention

Residential

• Selected 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.20%
• Selected 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products at 90% LTV decreased by up to 0.22%

Buy to Let

• Selected 2 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.22%
• 2 year fixed no fee products reintroduced

Help to Buy

• Selected 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.10%
