Your new BDM support
You’ll now be able to access support for both The Co-operative Bank and Coventry Building Society products through one BDM team. For the first time, you’ll have named contacts you can reach directly for guidance and support. You can find your BDM details using the Coventry for intermediaries BDM Finder.
This change gives you clearer and more direct routes to the information you need. You’ll now have:
- Two named BDMs, one field based and one telephone based
- A single support team covering products, processes and lending criteria across both The Co-operative Bank and Coventry Building Society
- A wider base of expertise available through a single team, helping you place your cases.
We’re also updating our telephone support. Pre-application queries for Co-operative Bank products will now go to the Coventry for intermediaries Business Development Advisor (BDA) team.
All this gives you guidance from one expert team who can help you place cases with confidence.
