On Wednesday 11 October 2023 we will launch our Mainstream and Buy to Let mortgage ranges for New Business under our brand The Co-operative Bank for intermediaries.

On Wednesday 11 October 2023 we will re-launch our Mainstream and Buy to Let mortgage ranges for Platform Product Switching only.

Product Changes

New product codes issued for all products and end dates extended to the end of February. Products and rates may change or be withdrawn at short notice subject to demand.

Mainstream

• 2, 3 & 5 year fixed reduced by up to 0.50%

Professional Mortgage

• 2 & 5 year fixed reduced by up to 0.50%

Buy to Let

• 2 & 5 year fixed reduced by up to 0.40%

Help to Buy

Welsh scheme only:

• 2 & 5 year fixed reduced by up to 0.50%

Product Switch

Residential

• 2, 3 & 5 year fixed decreased by up to 0.50%
• Re-introduction of the 2 year tracker

Buy to Let

• 2, 3 & 5 year fixed rate products decreased by up to 0.40%

Help to Buy

• 2, 3 & 5 year fixed rate products decreased by up to 0.50%
