Product change - 12 March

On 12 March 2024 we will re-launch our Mainstream and Buy to Let mortgage ranges for both New Business and Product Switching.

Product Changes

New product codes issued for all products and end dates extended to the end of July. Products and rates may change or be withdrawn at short notice subject to demand.

New Business

Residential

• 2 & 5 year fixed £1999 fee increased by up to 0.22%
• 3 year fixed £999 fee decreased by up to 0.06%

Professional Mortgage

• 2 year fixed no fee decreased by up to 0.14%
• 5 year fixed products decreased by up to 0.10%

Buy to Let

• 2 year fixed products increased by up to 0.19%
• 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.05%

Help to Buy

Welsh scheme only:

• 2 year fixed no fee decreased by up to 0.05%
• 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.11%

Product Switch

Residential

• 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.72%

Buy to Let

• 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 1.09%

Help to Buy

• 2, 3 & 5 year fixed products increased by up to 0.72%
