By 5pm on Tuesday 16 January 2024 we will temporarily withdraw the majority of our fixed rate products for New Business. Product switching for existing Platform customers will continue to be serviced on the Platform systems.

• 2 & 5 year fixed rate £750,000 Mini loan product withdrawn for loan sizes up to and including 75% LTV
• Lifetime tracker products remain unchanged
