Product change - 31 January

On Wednesday 31 January 2024 we will re-launch our Mainstream and Buy to Let mortgage ranges for Product Switching only.

Product Changes

New product codes issued for all products and end dates extended to the end of June. Products and rates may change or be withdrawn at short notice subject to demand.

Product Switch

Mainstream

• Selected 2, 3 & 5 year fixed rate products increased by up to 0.60%
• Selected 2 year fixed rate products with 90% LTV decreased by up to 0.10%

Buy to Let

• 2, 3 & 5 year fixed rate products decreased by up to 0.78%

Help to Buy

• 2, 3 & 5 year fixed rate products increased by up to 0.31%
